HOW TO CREATE ORDER

Individuals can pay your order with cash on delivery.

When choosing this payment method, individuals pay for the ordered goods to the courier service when picking up the shipment.

- METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR LEGAL ENTITIES

There are two ways to pay for the products you want to order online:

• deferred payment (for customers who have a deferred payment approved)
• payment (cash or checque) on delivery

Deferred payment 

This method of payment applies only to customers who have signed a business cooperation contract with delayed payment.

Payment on delivery

With this payment method, the customer pays an order during shipment. It is possible to pay by cash or checque.

DELIVERY

Delivery time

After confirmation, the order enters processing status. After processing the order, you will be sent an invoice or you will be notified of the status of the order by email. The order processing period is a maximum of 3 business days. For all orders shipped on Thursday and weekends, the seller will contact you early next week. From that moment, the delivery time is up to 2 business days at most.

Pick up the shipment

The courier service delivers shipments to the delivery address between 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM. Please ensure that during this period there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment. When picking up a shipment, you need to visually inspect the package and determine if there is any visible damage. If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to receive the shipment and immediately notify us by calling +971 4 883 6642 or by emailing beorolshop@beorol.ae. If there is no visible damage on the shipment, download the shipment and sign the courier. The courier tries to deliver each consignment twice. It is common practice, if the courier does not find you at the address, to call you at the phone number you left behind when creating your order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still does not find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for the non-delivery and to arrange for reshipment.

Shipping cost for individuals

The minimum order amount is 50 AED and the delivery price is 25 AED. For orders over 200 AED, delivery to the buyer's home address is free of charge.

Shipping cost for legal entities

Delivery to your address is free of charge for all orders. Minimum order amount is 300 AED.

REFIND /CANCELLATION POLICY

When you submit the necessary data, documentation will be created which will be forwarded to you with the refund procedure to the e-mail address you left when creating the order.

Refunds are made exclusively in the above manner, by payment to the bank account and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.

In case of return of goods or return of funds to the buyer who has previously made payment to one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, Beorol Middle East Building Hardware & Tools Trading L.L.C. is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.
You cannot send the ordered item to the addresses listed on the bill of lading without prior contact and agreement with the operators in the online store listed above.
Each such package will be returned to the sender at the expense of the sender.
